Adobo with Cannabis Coconut Oil

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken thighs or pork belly
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cane vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup cannabis-infused coconut oil
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- Sauté Garlic: In a pot, heat cannabis coconut oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Combine Ingredients: Add chicken/pork, soy sauce, vinegar, water, bay leaves, peppercorns, and brown sugar.
- Simmer: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30–40 minutes, or until meat is tender and sauce is slightly thickened.
- Serve: Best served with steamed rice for a soul-warming meal.
