Adobo with Cannabis Coconut Oil

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs or pork belly
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cane vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cannabis-infused coconut oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Sauté Garlic: In a pot, heat cannabis coconut oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add chicken/pork, soy sauce, vinegar, water, bay leaves, peppercorns, and brown sugar.
  3. Simmer: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30–40 minutes, or until meat is tender and sauce is slightly thickened.
  4. Serve: Best served with steamed rice for a soul-warming meal.
