Bibingka with Cannabis-Infused Butter

A traditional rice cake baked in banana leaves, given a luscious high with cannabis-infused butter and topped with cheese and salted egg.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon regular butter
  • Sliced salted egg
  • Grated cheese
  • Banana leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Batter: Mix flour, sugar, coconut milk, egg, and infused butter.
  2. Assemble: Pour into banana leaf-lined mold, top with cheese and egg.
  3. Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 mins or until golden.
  4. Finish: Brush with more infused butter and serve warm.
