Cannabis Chimichurri Steak Tacos

Argentinian chimichurri meets Mexican tacos with a cannabis infusion twist. Perfect for BBQ lovers and herb connoisseurs.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
Chimichurri Sauce:
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil + 1 tsp cannabis oil
- Pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Make Chimichurri: Blend parsley, oregano, garlic, vinegar, olive oils, and chili flakes. Set aside.
- Grill Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear 4–5 mins per side. Rest, then slice thinly.
- Warm Tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry pan or grill.
- Assemble Tacos: Layer sliced steak and drizzle with cannabis chimichurri. Add onions or slaw if desired.
