Cannabis Chimichurri Steak Tacos

Argentinian chimichurri meets Mexican tacos with a cannabis infusion twist. Perfect for BBQ lovers and herb connoisseurs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 small corn tortillas

Chimichurri Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil + 1 tsp cannabis oil
  • Pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Make Chimichurri: Blend parsley, oregano, garlic, vinegar, olive oils, and chili flakes. Set aside.
  2. Grill Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear 4–5 mins per side. Rest, then slice thinly.
  3. Warm Tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry pan or grill.
  4. Assemble Tacos: Layer sliced steak and drizzle with cannabis chimichurri. Add onions or slaw if desired.
