Cannabis Greek Spanakopita Triangles

Crispy phyllo stuffed with spinach, feta, herbs, and just the right amount of cannabis-infused butter. A Mediterranean high.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack phyllo dough
- 2 cups cooked spinach (drained)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 2 tbsp cannabis-infused butter, melted
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Make filling: Mix spinach, feta, egg, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Form triangles: Cut phyllo into strips. Place filling at one end, fold into triangles.
- Brush with butter: Use cannabis butter to brush outside of each.
- Bake: 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 mins until golden.
