Cannabis Greek Spanakopita Triangles

Crispy phyllo stuffed with spinach, feta, herbs, and just the right amount of cannabis-infused butter. A Mediterranean high.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack phyllo dough
  • 2 cups cooked spinach (drained)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 2 tbsp cannabis-infused butter, melted
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Make filling: Mix spinach, feta, egg, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form triangles: Cut phyllo into strips. Place filling at one end, fold into triangles.
  3. Brush with butter: Use cannabis butter to brush outside of each.
  4. Bake: 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 mins until golden.
