Cannabis-Infused Cajun Mac & Cheese

Creamy, spicy Southern-style mac and cheese with a buttery cannabis kick. Great for comfort food lovers.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons cannabis butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Cook pasta: Boil macaroni. Drain.
- Make roux: Melt cannabis butter, add flour. Stir 2 mins.
- Add milk & cheese: Gradually whisk in milk. Stir until thick. Add cheese and Cajun seasoning.
- Mix & bake (optional): Combine with pasta. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or serve stovetop.
