Cannabis-Infused Filipino Kakanin (Biko)

A sticky-sweet Filipino rice cake made with coconut milk and brown sugar, enriched with cannabis coconut oil for a soothing dessert.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups glutinous rice
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cannabis coconut oil
Instructions:
- Cook rice: Steam or cook rice until soft.
- Make syrup: Simmer coconut milk, sugar, salt, and cannabis oil until thickened.
- Combine: Mix rice with coconut mixture and cook until sticky.
- Bake (optional): Spread in pan, top with latik or more syrup, bake 10 mins to set.
