Cannabis-Infused Moroccan Tagine with Apricots

A slow-simmered spiced stew with lamb or chickpeas, dried apricots, and a gentle cannabis oil infusion for deep relaxation.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lamb (or chickpeas for veg)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil
- 2 cups broth
- Couscous for serving
Instructions:
- Brown lamb: In a pan, brown meat in oil. Remove.
- Sauté aromatics: Cook onion, garlic, and spices.
- Simmer: Return meat, add apricots and broth. Simmer 45–60 minutes.
- Serve: Spoon over couscous, drizzle extra cannabis oil if desired.
