Cannabis-Infused Moroccan Tagine with Apricots

A slow-simmered spiced stew with lamb or chickpeas, dried apricots, and a gentle cannabis oil infusion for deep relaxation.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lamb (or chickpeas for veg)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp cannabis-infused olive oil
  • 2 cups broth
  • Couscous for serving

Instructions:

  1. Brown lamb: In a pan, brown meat in oil. Remove.
  2. Sauté aromatics: Cook onion, garlic, and spices.
  3. Simmer: Return meat, add apricots and broth. Simmer 45–60 minutes.
  4. Serve: Spoon over couscous, drizzle extra cannabis oil if desired.
