Cannabis-Infused Ramen with Miso Butter Pork

Ingredients:
- 2 packs ramen noodles (no seasoning)
- 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused miso butter (see tip below)
- 6 oz pork belly, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 2 cups chicken or dashi broth
- Green onions, nori, and sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Make Miso Cannabis Butter: Mix 1 tablespoon miso paste with 2 tablespoons softened cannabis butter. Chill.
- Sear Pork Belly: In a hot pan, sear pork belly until golden. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil. Cook 5 mins.
- Prepare Broth: Heat broth in a separate pot and stir in miso cannabis butter.
- Cook Noodles: Boil ramen noodles according to package, drain.
- Assemble: In bowls, layer noodles, broth, pork, egg halves, green onions, and nori. Garnish with sesame seeds.
