Ingredients:

  • 2 packs ramen noodles (no seasoning)
  • 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused miso butter (see tip below)
  • 6 oz pork belly, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 2 cups chicken or dashi broth
  • Green onions, nori, and sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Make Miso Cannabis Butter: Mix 1 tablespoon miso paste with 2 tablespoons softened cannabis butter. Chill.
  2. Sear Pork Belly: In a hot pan, sear pork belly until golden. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil. Cook 5 mins.
  3. Prepare Broth: Heat broth in a separate pot and stir in miso cannabis butter.
  4. Cook Noodles: Boil ramen noodles according to package, drain.
  5. Assemble: In bowls, layer noodles, broth, pork, egg halves, green onions, and nori. Garnish with sesame seeds.
