Cannabis Shakshuka with Infused Harissa Oil

North African poached eggs in spicy tomato sauce finished with a drizzle of cannabis-infused harissa oil. Great for brunch with a buzz.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2–3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp harissa paste
  • 1 tbsp cannabis olive oil
  • Fresh herbs & crusty bread

Instructions:

  1. Sauté base: In olive oil, cook onion and garlic until soft. Add cumin and harissa.
  2. Add tomatoes: Simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.
  3. Poach eggs: Make wells in the sauce and crack in eggs. Cover and cook 5–7 minutes until whites are set.
  4. Finish: Drizzle cannabis oil over top. Serve with bread.
