Cannabis Shakshuka with Infused Harissa Oil

North African poached eggs in spicy tomato sauce finished with a drizzle of cannabis-infused harissa oil. Great for brunch with a buzz.
Ingredients:
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2–3 eggs
- 1 tbsp harissa paste
- 1 tbsp cannabis olive oil
- Fresh herbs & crusty bread
Instructions:
- Sauté base: In olive oil, cook onion and garlic until soft. Add cumin and harissa.
- Add tomatoes: Simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Poach eggs: Make wells in the sauce and crack in eggs. Cover and cook 5–7 minutes until whites are set.
- Finish: Drizzle cannabis oil over top. Serve with bread.
