Cannabis-Stuffed Arepas with Black Beans & Plantains

Crispy corn cakes stuffed with savory beans, sweet plantains, and infused avocado-lime crema. A Latin American cannabis delight.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups arepa flour (masarepa)
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cooked black beans
- 1/2 ripe plantain, sliced and fried
Crema:
- 1/2 avocado
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp cannabis olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Make arepa dough: Combine flour, salt, water. Form into disks.
- Cook: Pan-fry until golden, then bake at 375°F for 10 mins.
- Prepare filling: Fry plantains, warm beans.
- Make crema: Blend avocado, lime, cannabis oil, salt.
- Assemble: Slice arepas, fill with beans, plantains, and drizzle with crema.
