Cannabis Yakitori (Japanese Chicken Skewers)

Savory-sweet grilled chicken skewers glazed with a cannabis-teriyaki sauce. Great party food with a mellow hit.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken thighs, cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tsp cannabis-infused sesame oil
- Skewers (soaked)
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken: Mix soy, mirin, sugar, and cannabis oil. Marinate chicken for 1 hour.
- Skewer & grill: Thread onto skewers and grill or broil 4–5 minutes per side.
- Glaze: Brush with remaining marinade as they cook.
- Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
