Cannabis Yakitori (Japanese Chicken Skewers)

Savory-sweet grilled chicken skewers glazed with a cannabis-teriyaki sauce. Great party food with a mellow hit.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tsp cannabis-infused sesame oil
  • Skewers (soaked)

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken: Mix soy, mirin, sugar, and cannabis oil. Marinate chicken for 1 hour.
  2. Skewer & grill: Thread onto skewers and grill or broil 4–5 minutes per side.
  3. Glaze: Brush with remaining marinade as they cook.
  4. Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
