Ginataang Kalabasa at Sitaw with Cannabis Coconut Oil

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups kalabasa (squash), cubed
  • 1 cup sitaw (long beans), chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup cannabis-infused coconut milk
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Sauté: Cook garlic and onion in a bit of oil until soft.
  2. Simmer Veggies: Add squash and coconut milks; simmer 10 mins.
  3. Add Beans: Add sitaw and cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Season & Serve: Adjust seasoning and enjoy with rice.
