Ginataang Kalabasa at Sitaw with Cannabis Coconut Oil

Creamy squash and long beans cooked in coconut milk, with cannabis coconut oil adding depth and a smooth buzz.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups kalabasa (squash), cubed
- 1 cup sitaw (long beans), chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup cannabis-infused coconut milk
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Sauté: Cook garlic and onion in a bit of oil until soft.
- Simmer Veggies: Add squash and coconut milks; simmer 10 mins.
- Add Beans: Add sitaw and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Season & Serve: Adjust seasoning and enjoy with rice.
