Kare-Kare with Cannabis-Peanut Sauce

A rich peanut stew made extra special with cannabis-infused peanut butter, served with bagoong (fermented shrimp paste) on the side.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs oxtail or beef tripe
- 1 eggplant, sliced
- 1 banana heart (puso ng saging), sliced
- 1 bundle string beans
- 1/2 cup annatto water
- 1/2 cup cannabis-infused peanut butter
- 1/2 cup regular peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground rice
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Boil Meat: Boil oxtail until tender, reserving the broth.
- Cook Vegetables: Blanch vegetables and set aside.
- Make Sauce: In a separate pan, mix peanut butters, annatto water, and broth. Stir in ground rice to thicken.
- Combine: Add meat and simmer in sauce for 10 minutes.
- Serve: Serve hot with veggies and bagoong on the side.
