Sinigang na Baboy with Infused Tamarind Broth

Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs pork belly or ribs
- 8 cups water
- 1 packet sinigang mix or 1 cup fresh tamarind juice
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 cup daikon radish, sliced
- 1 cup green beans
- 2 cups water spinach (kangkong)
- 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused oil
Instructions:
- Boil Pork: Simmer pork with onion and tomatoes until tender.
- Add Veggies: Add radish and beans; cook until tender.
- Flavor Broth: Stir in sinigang mix or tamarind juice.
- Infuse: Turn off heat and stir in cannabis oil. Add kangkong last.
- Serve: Serve steaming hot with rice.
