Sinigang na Baboy with Infused Tamarind Broth

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs pork belly or ribs
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 packet sinigang mix or 1 cup fresh tamarind juice
  • 2 tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 cup daikon radish, sliced
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 2 cups water spinach (kangkong)
  • 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused oil

Instructions:

  1. Boil Pork: Simmer pork with onion and tomatoes until tender.
  2. Add Veggies: Add radish and beans; cook until tender.
  3. Flavor Broth: Stir in sinigang mix or tamarind juice.
  4. Infuse: Turn off heat and stir in cannabis oil. Add kangkong last.
  5. Serve: Serve steaming hot with rice.
